Lagos State: In collaboration with a Government Agency, New Frontier is developing a 270-unit housing estate, comprised of 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. The estate is designed to provide luxury, comfort, and convenience to residents. Facilities include car parking bays, Tarred internal estate roads, lush greenery, and children’s playground, estate office and gatehouse, public electricity extension, convenience store, and shops, independent power supply, centralized water, and sewage treatment plants, a pump house and perimeter fencing.
Abuja, Federal Capital Territory: In collaboration with an educational institution and a paramilitary organization, New Frontier is developing 2,000 units of affordable housing units (including 1-, 2-, and 3- bedroom units).
Others: New Frontier assembled an investor consortium that successfully bid and acquired a major mortgage bank in 2018. New Frontier provided financial advisory services to the consortium and raised the acquisition Financing.
Private Equity
In partnership with a major hotel operator in Abuja, New Frontier acquired a 25-year lease from a State Government for the conversion and redevelopment of its property in Abuja into a 20-room boutique hotel.
NFD is investing in the agricultural sector via the acquisition of a significant land bank and the establishment of an integrated meat processing facility incorporating a 3,000 cattle feedlot, abattoir, and meat processing facility slated to commence in Q4 2020.
New Frontier is a co-investor in a consortium that successfully bid for a 25-year InfraCo license awarded by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) to deploy broadband infrastructure in North-East Nigeria. Roll-out will commence in 2021.

The acquisition of a 25-year lease from a Government agency to redevelop and operate an iconic hotel in Kaduna State under an internationally branded operator.
Acquired a 15-year lease from a Government Agency for its guest house in Kaduna and redeveloped it into a 12-room boutique hotel which commenced operations March 2018.
Jabi Motor Park and Market: NFD and its 50% Joint Venture partner successfully acquired the right to develop the Jabi Motor Park and Market, a 9-hectare site in the heart of Abuja, and a 15-year concession to manage the facility upon completion. This is a N6 billion self-funding development over 46 months, and upon completion will have over 1,400 market shops as well as become the motor transportation hub for Abuja.
